Who we are

What we collect
When you submit the booking form on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address, if you provide one
- The service address where work is needed
- The type of service requested and your preferred appointment window
- Any description of the problem you choose to give us
We do not ask for payment details through this website. We never collect card or bank information on this site.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your request: to contact you, schedule the visit, and carry out the work you asked for. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it goes
Booking requests are transmitted to Housecall Pro, the field service management platform we use to schedule and dispatch jobs. Housecall Pro processes this information on our behalf as our service provider and is subject to its own privacy terms.
Google services
This site displays business information, opening hours and customer reviews retrieved from our Google Business Profile using the Google Places API. That content belongs to Google and to the individual reviewers who wrote it.
Your use of any Google-supplied content on this site is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Terms of Service, which are incorporated into this policy by reference.
Analytics and cookies
This website sets no tracking cookies and loads no third-party analytics scripts. Nothing about your visit is recorded beyond the standard server logs kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
How long we keep it
Job and customer records are retained in our scheduling system for as long as we need them to service your account, honour warranties on work performed, and meet our record-keeping obligations.
Your choices

Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
