This website is operated by Allen & Sons Plumbing and Heating LLC, 834 South Perry St, Castle Rock, CO 80104. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What this site is

This site describes the services we offer and lets you request an appointment. It is informational. Nothing on it is a binding offer, and nothing on it constitutes professional advice about your specific plumbing, heating or cooling system.

Booking requests are requests

Submitting the booking form is a request for service, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment exists once we have contacted you and confirmed a window. If you have an emergency — an active leak, no heat, or no hot water — call (303) 957-6200 rather than relying on the form.

Pricing and quotes

We price work at a flat rate quoted before the work begins. Any pricing information on this site is general and does not constitute a quote. A quote is what we give you for your specific job, after we understand its scope.

Where the scope of a job changes because of something that could not reasonably have been known beforehand — a corroded fitting behind a wall, a damaged closet flange under a toilet — we will tell you at the time and give you a revised number before continuing.

Third-party content

Business information, opening hours and customer reviews shown on this site are retrieved from our Google Business Profile through the Google Places API. That content is provided by Google and by the individual reviewers who wrote it. We do not author, select or edit reviews, and we cannot remove them.

Your use of that content is subject to the Google Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

Accuracy

We keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every detail is free from error or omission. Building codes, permitting requirements and manufacturer specifications change, and general guidance here is no substitute for someone looking at your actual system.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to Allen & Sons Plumbing and Heating LLC or to its licensors, except for third-party content identified as such.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
